E-mail campaigns include the use of our targeted list and the sends themselves.  All e-mails are tracked via IP addresses with an expected open rate of 5%+ and 2,000+ click through rate per million.  The e-mail list can be chosen from 58 different categories such as Doctors/Physicians, Parents, Medical Drugs, etc.  A full list of categories is included below.

 

Requirements for the client are very simple for the campaign.  The total price is due before the project begins and the client is responsible for all content in the e-mail.  We will happily assist with e-mail layout, design, templates, and marketing consultation upon request.

 

Please allow 5 business days from the time you submit your e-mail to the time it is sent out.  In order to keep our prices low and our deliverability rates high, we use a shared server.  However, if the server is under heavy use it can take up to 5 business days for the e-mail to go out.  We do offer a 30% discount if, for some reason, it ever takes us longer than 5 business days to begin your campaign once your e-mail is submitted.

 

In addition to the e-mail campaign, we also promote any web links you include in your e-mail.  We advertise your links on sites related to your services/product/information which helps drive traffic to your site and builds backlinks which will help your site show up higher on search engine listings.
